[FLEX-25272] When fonts are embedded with cff:true (default) and mx.core.UIFTETextField is specified as textFieldClass for TabNavigator it doesn't display text

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.import attached fxp into FB
2. Run the project.

Actual Results:
The tab navigator shows up but no text for the tabs..

Expected Results:
TabNavigator should use the cff font and display the text.

Workaround (if any):

Re-embed font with cff:false for Tab Navigator..

Also MXFTEText.css doesn't set the textFieldClass for TabNavigator, why?
