[FLEX-25268] Using Halo theme with Flex 4, the theme color used for the datagrid is not coming up

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1.Import the sample application.
I selected the Halo theme from the Flex theme properties. Attached is the screen shot.
Also find the attached sample code of the application.

Actual Results: If you compile this code with setting the theme to halo, the theme color will not change.

Expected Results: The Theme color should change according to the setting.

Workaround (if any):
