Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use the DateFormatter
2. Try and format a date to "3rd of May 1982" or "11th of the 5th, 2010"

Actual Results:
Not possible

Expected Results:
In for formater you should be able to add a option to add these ordinal abbreviations to numbers.
