Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. compile attached test case using either 4.0 or 4.1 and run
2. next, compile the test case but using hero_private and run
3. comparing output you see that the case compiled with 4.5 is askew and not quite centered

Actual Results:
regression: output is askew

Expected Results:
4.0 and 4.1 compare identically
