Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the attached sample MXML code.

2. The tab ordering is not working, when we click on tabs and traverse through the radio buttons.

3. Also tried setting tabIndex property specifically but still when we tab, the focus goes only to one radio button in the group

Actual Results:

Tab ordering is not working, when we click on tabs and traverse through the radio buttons.

Expected Results:

Tab ordering should work properly, when we click on tabs and traverse through the radio buttons.
