[FLEX-24865] SplashScreen changes its orientation on Nexus One device

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure a Nexus One device is connected.
2. Import the attached project (abc.fxp). Note that you may need to change the SDK path.
3. Create a launch configuration for "on device".
4. Launch the app.
5. Make sure the device is held in a way to invoke the landscape mode.
6. After the SplashScreen appears, change the orientation to portrait mode.

Actual Results:

The SplashScreen changes its orientation.

Expected Results:

The SplashScreen should not change its orientation.

Additional Notes:

1) If we started off in portrait mode, then switch over to landscape, the SplashScreen doesn't change its orientation.
