Steps to reproduce:
1. Extract 4.1.0/frameworks/locale/en_US/playerglobal_rb.swc
2. Open docs/flash.events.xml
3. Look for 10.1 APIs such as flash.events.TouchEvent

Actual Results:
Missing ASDoc

Expected Results:
playerglobal_rb.swc should be updated with the latest content for every release.
