Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a RichTextEditor
2. Paste a large text in it
3. Use full Justified (flush left and right) and try scrolling

I have attached a sample app that shows the issue every time.

Actual Results:

Scrolling is very slow and hangs if you try to scroll fast.

Expected Results:

Scrolling should be smooth just like if you left justify or right justify

Workaround (if any):

Use left justify or right justify, which is just not good enough because we have a lot of content that needs to use full justified ( flush left and right )
