Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Run DateField_DoubleMonth_Test.mxml(attached).
2.Select a date in the dateField.

Actual Results:
Month displays twice.

Expected Results:
Month displays once is OK.

Notes:
1. Please refer to DataField_DoubleMonth_Test_hisoft_20100702.png in the attachment.
2. This issue occurs on nl_NL,fr_FR,it_IT,nb_NL,nl_NL,sv_SE .
