Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Run DataField_FormatIncorrect_Test.mxml(attached).
2.Select a date (2010-07-02) in the dateField.

Actual Results:
2010-0702

Expected Results:
2010-07-02

Notes:

2.This Issue occurs on zh_CN, ko_KR, and fi_FI .
