Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on any tab in the menu bar
2. Select the first index of the drop down menu
3. Click on that same tab in the menu bar
4. Rollover the first index of the drop down menu

Actual Results:
Notice there is no highlight on that item until you move to the second index and then back to the first.
EDIT: This is for every item that was selected last in the drop down menus. If you select any index in the drop down menu, let the menu close, open it again and then rollover highlight on the last selected item first. With the left most and right most menus this is easy to recreate as you can open the menu and mouse over the last selected index through the side of the menu.

Expected Results:
The first index should be highlighted on rollover.
EDIT: The last selected index should be highlighted on rollover.

Workaround (if any):
None so far, since the MenuBar menus are hard to get to
