Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a DataGroup with a Scroller around it
2. Scroll the DataGrid with the mouse wheel

Actual Results: Scrolling is too fast

Expected Results: Mouse wheel scrolling speed is according to verticalLineScrollSize

Workaround (if any): Subclass Scroller (VScrollBar) like explained here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2783736
