Description

This bug is weird because it actually fixes SDK-26376 and that is unexpected. It could mean that the versioning verification logic in the AIR runtime doesn't work when RSLs are used, or that there is a mismatch between textLayout.swc and the RSL version.

In either case, this bug should be investigated by keeping SDK-26376 in mind and any satisfactory answer to how changing RSL linkage fixes 26376 can be considered as a fix.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Follow the steps to reproduce SDK-26376.
2. Go to Project Properties -> Build Path, change linkage of textLayout.swc to RSL. (It will be Merged into code because this is an AIR project)
3. Launch the application.

Actual Results:

No RTE (stack trace of SDK-26376)

Expected Results:

RTE, same as SDK-26376
