Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached SWF or compile and run the attached MXML file
2. Using the mouse or keyboard, change the value of the DropDownList

Actual Results:

valueCommit is not dispatched based on user interaction (but is when value is changed programmatically)

Expected Results:

Per ASDoc: "[Value Commit] Dispatched when values are changed programmatically or by user interaction."
