[FLEX-23702] after unloading, loading the same module again, no UI shows up for the moduel

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. compile and run test file
2. click "load Module1" button
->module is loaded, UI shows up.
3. click "unload Module1" button
->module is unloaded, UI disappears.
4. repeat step 2.
->nothing shows up.

Expected Results:
module should be loaded up and UI shows up at step 4.
