Description
Using Flex SDK 3.5 - build 12683
Steps to reproduce:
1. Use the DragManager class and make and initiate a drag operation with a custom drag proxy
2. Drag the item quickly with the mouse, so that the mouse is moving while the drag proxy is being created.
Actual Results:
Drag proxy is sometimes cropped e.g. dragging to the left will cause just the right of the drag proxy to appear etc. Sometimes it disappears completely so I assume it gets completely cropped. This is very consistent on my computer but I think less consistent on faster PCs. I've tried it on both Windows and Linux versions of Flash and the same issue appears on both.
Expected Results:
That the whole drag proxy appears.
Workaround (if any):
May be possible to monkey patch the internal Flex class but haven't tried it. I tried passing a BitmapAsset rather than an Image into DragManager but this didn't help much, did improve performance slightly though. Also tried changing PixelSnapping settings and this didn't alleviate the issue either. Which makes me sure this is definitely a Flex issue rather than something I'm doing.
This may be a duplicate of this bug but I'm not sure:
