    Description

      new reproduce steps:
      1. compile and run test file: bug26127.mxml
->progressBar shows up, also the text for tabbar button isn't even.

      2. compile and run test file: bug26127_m1.mxml
->progressBar shows up as well, text for tabbar button has same width.

      Expect:
no progressBar for both cases. text for tabBar button should have same width for case 1.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create tabBar and tie it to a viewStack with navigatorContent components in them

      Sample code: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2710668#2710668

Actual Results: The "loading" progressBar goes till the end, then stays there for about 5 seconds before rendering - the length of the tabs is also messed up

Expected Results: Loading should be completed immediately with all tabbar buttons with equal lengths

Workaround (if any): If the length of the text is same (I did that by appending spaces to the label values, the application renders immediately
