Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Compile "MX_IconTest.mxml" (attatched) and run it
2.View the TileList;
3.Drop down the ScrollBar and set the layoutDirection of the application by "rtl";
4.View the TileList.

Actual Results:
1. In the step 2, the strings are truncated.
2. In the step 4, the strings are displayed completelly.

Expected Results:
In the step 2, the strings are displayed completelly.
