Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Compile "MX_DataGraphicsMutipleAxis.mxml" (attatched) and run it.
2.Set the layoutDirection of the application by "ltr" and view the icon of the TileList.
3.Set the layoutDirection of the application by "rtl" and view the icon of the TileList.

Actual Results:
In the step 2 , the icon is aligned by right.
In the step 3, the icon is algned by left.

Expected Results:
In the step 2, the icon should be aligned by left.
In the step 3, the icon should be aligned by right.
