Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Compile "MX_LinkBar.mxml" (attatched) and run it.
2.Apply to "Application" and set the layoutDirection by "ltr".
3.Apply to "Application" and set the layoutDirection by "rtl".

Actual Results:
In step 3, the characters of the link in the LinkBar are cutted off .

Expected Results:
The characters of the link in the LinkBar should be displayed completelly.
