Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Hook up two monitors.
2. Create a Flex app that invokes DragManager.doDrag() for a given component.
3. Launch the app in the secondary monitor.
4. Drag the component.

Actual Results:
The component appears well above where it should (about 300px).

Expected Results:
It should appear alongside the mouse, as it does in the primary monitor.

Workaround (if any):
None (except only running things in the primary monitor).
