Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. we have bug http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/SDK-25817 which CheckBox icon should not be mirrored. So I expect when menuBar(I assume menu is the same) having toggled=true should not mirror the check icon? now the check icon is mirrored.

Actual Results:
check icon is mirrored.

Expected Results:
check icon should not be mirrored.

Workaround (if any):
