Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached SWF or compile and run the attached MXML file
2. Tab to RadioButton
3. Press Down to select other radio buttons

Actual Results:
Focus ring is on the wrong side

Expected Results:
Focus ring should be around radio button
