Description

Found in 4.1.0.14530

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file.

Actual Results:
The calendar skin doesnt appear unless you roll over the DateField text input.
Skin works correctly if you set the direction+layoutDirection to "ltr".

Expected Results:
The skin should appear if layoutDirection is 'rtl'.
