[FLEX-23325] [Mirroring] The gripper does not show up in an MX Window that is mirrored and using flex chrome

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run the attached AIR application.
2. In the WindowedApplication, click the button to "open MX Window"
A Window should open with Flex Chrome.

Actual Results: There should be a gripper on the left bottom corner to resize the Window, but, not gripper shows up. If you use layoutDirection="ltr", you see the gripper on the bottom right.

Expected Results: You should see a gripper.
