Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the bugfile. The first Button already has layoutDirection="rtl"
2. Click on the button "change layoutDirection" to change the layoutDirection of the second icon Button to "rtl"

Actual Results: The Button and icon flip.

Expected Results: The icon should not flip. It works correctly if layoutDirection is specified at compile time, but, not at runtime.
