Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. run attached application
2. notice the direction of the California flag is correct
3. change to rtl

Actual Results:
the icon image is flipped

Expected Results:
the icon image should not be flipped

If the direction is set to rtl initially the icon is correct. But if you switch to 'ltr' the icon will be flipped.
