Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.run the attached file. (it is an AIR application.)
2.drag the yellow area, with mouse inside the area.
3.drag outside of the area, then release mouse.
4.click the yellow area.

Actual Results:
after step 2 RollOut occured. (actually mouse still in the yellow area.)
sometimes after step 3 RollOut occured soon after MouseOver. (actually mouse still in the yellow area.)
after step 4, MouseOver Occured. (actually MouseEvent.target is the same.)

Expected Results:
after step 2 and 3, RollOut does not occur.

Workaround (if any):
IE is OK.
