Found in 4.5.0.14124

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file.
2. Open both ColorPicker controls.
3. Note the text in the "rtl" ColorPicker

Actual Results:
Numbers are backwards.

Expected Results:
Numbers arent backwards. It doesnt seem to happen when setting layoutDirection on s:TextInput.
