Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the tests in /depot/flex/qa/sdk/testsuites/mustella/gumbo/components/ComboBox/Styles/ComboBox_Styles.mxml with the static-link-runtime-shared-libraries flag in flex-config.xml set to false
2. Repeat with flag set to true

Actual Results:
The lineThrough test passes when RSLs are used (flag = false) but fails when RSLs are not used.

Expected Results:
Test results are consistent with or without RSLs.
