[FLEX-22984] DateField dropDown month button gets stuck in over state

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click in the center of the DateField's calendar icon

Actual Results:

The left month arrow button of the DateChooser gets stuck in the over state.

Expected Results:

The left month arrow button should return to the up state

It isn't possible to always reproduce this issue. Also, I noticed it occurs more frequently the first time the DateField is opened.
