Description

Group should support virtualized layouts (so the children aren't created immediately) and/or, we should allow people to extend Group to perhaps provide this functionality themselves. The particular APIs that should be opened up are:

mxmlContent, invalidateDisplayObjectOrder(), assignDisplayObjects(), and assignDisplayObjectTo()
