Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run any flex application with layoutDirection="rtl" and a CheckBox using the Wireframe theme.

Actual Results: The check icon is mirrored.

Expected Results: The check should not be mirrored. It is not mirrored in the Spark theme.
