Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached AIR application that uses the Spark Flex chrome.

Actual Results: The control buttons are positioned on the left (as they should be). But, the title is also on the left (see jpeg attached)

Expected Results: Title should be positioned on the right.
