Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a Project using the 4.0 or 3.5 SDK
2. Add a button and have it placed using horizontalCenter & verticalCenter.
3. create states to have it move form the start position to the end position.
4. add move transition for button.

Actual Results:
Button 'hops' from the start position to the end position.

Expected Results:
Button seen moving from the start to the end position.
