Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a scroller to application
2. Populate the viewport's data provider
3. Execute the application and try to scroll with the mouse wheel

Actual Results:
Using MAC mouses, the scroller won't respond

Expected Results:
The scroller should react accordingly.

Workaround (if any):
