Description

I think I've entered this before but I can't find it and I think may be relevant to the work being done for 4.1.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run attached.

Actual Results:

Can't scroll the TextArea with Hebrew text.

Expected Results:

The thumb should start on the right and you should be able to drag it left to see the rest of the text that is not visible.

Workaround (if any):

Increase width so there are no scrollbars.
