Steps to reproduce:
1.Run textbugRSL.swf - build 13383 using RSL
2Run .textbug_NoRsl.swf -build 13383 no RSL

Actual Results:
baselinePosition is different
15.17578125 - no rsl
14.3203125 - RSL

Expected Results:
same value
