[FLEX-22670] FXG instances dont code hint blendMode (and probably other stuff)

Description

Found in 4.0.0.13337.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Copy and paste attached MXML file and delete the "blendMode" property in the FXG instance.
2. Start typing blend and note that the blendMode property doesnt code hint (although it works).

Actual Results:
No code hints for "blendMode" for FXG instances. There are probably other things that dont hint as well.

Expected Results:
Hint my code!

Workaround (if any):
Read the docs and code without code hints (how 80s!).
