Found in 4.0.0.13286

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run atttached MXML file using the sample Zen theme (-theme+=${flexlib}/../samples/themes/zen/zen.swc).
2. Mouse over the two Button controls to see the errorString and tool tip

Actual Results:
They look unbalanced and ugly

Expected Results:
Not ugly.
