Description

Found in 4.0.0.13286.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file using the sample Zen theme ().
2. Observe the s:TitleWindow containers at the bottom.

Actual Results:
There is some background fill on the s:TitleWindow containers that are "masking" the dropshadow on the s:Panel containers above the TitleWindows (but seriously, just look at the screenshot).

Expected Results:
Not that, bub!

Workaround (if any):
Add more padding around s:TitleWindows. Meh.
