Description

Found in 4.0.0.13286.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file using the sample Cobalt theme (-theme+=${flexlib}/../samples/themes/cobalt/cobalt.swc)

Actual Results:
The mx:TitleWindow has a very odd gray background fill (but not the mx:Panel, or s:Panel, or s:TitleWindow container).

Expected Results:
Yeah. Dont do that.
