Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Look in locales folder for ja_JP.
2. open playerglobal_rb.swc as zip, look at any content inside of the docs folder
3. Now look in en_US

Actual Results:
All content is in English
and en_US is missing playerglobal_rb.swc
Expected Results:
Content should be localized
en_US should have playerglobal_rb.swc
