Description

Found in 4.0.0.13101

Steps to reproduce:
1. Look at "MX Button (toggle+selected)" vs "Spark ToggleButton (selected)".
2. Toggle the CheckBox in the Application control bar to toggle the enabled-ness of the 6 Buton controls.
3. Repeat step 1.

Actual Results:
Cant read the "MX Button (toggle+selected)" button label when it is disabled.

Expected Results:
You can read it. The Spark ToggleButton looks magical. The perfect skin. The Halo skin needs to be tweaked slightly to fade the button border/background when in the disabled state.

Workaround (if any):
Create a custom skin, i imagine.
