Steps to reproduce:
You can open the attached "resize_center.fxp" and run and click between pages or...
1.Open and run each of the attached fxp. In each, click the button to observe the video resizing

Actual Results:
The resize looks jerky as though it scales then moves then scales. This happens when resizing a video to center, right, bottom-center, etc.
This does not happen with resize to upper left. See attached "resize_left.fxp"

This jerkiness doesn't appear to happen with Resize for objects, images or swfs. See attached "resize_center_objects.fxp"

Expected Results:
I would expect the animation to be smooth as it is when resizing a video to upper left or as with objects.
