Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Scroller has a Group and an element centered in the group (in this case Rect)
2. The group's scaleX and scaleY are increased to a point, where Scroller needs to show scroll bars
3. At this point, the application locks up.
4. Use the attached test application as follows:
If no scroll bars are visible, slowly move the slider in the attached application to the right to the point when Scroller would need to show the scroll bars.
Alternatively, if scroll bars are visible, slowly move the slider in the attached application to the left to the point when Scroller would need to remove the scroll bars.

Actual Results:
Application locks up

Expected Results:
Application does not lock up

Workaround (if any):
Application does not lock up, if <s:Rect width="50" height="50" horizontalCenter="0" verticalCenter="0"> is replaced with <s:Rect width="50" height="50">
