Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.create a tree component (flex 3.4 or 3.5)
2.create xml data provider with long branches (longer than tree component height) : /root/longBranch
3.expand/collapse branches

Actual Results:
long branches can actually be closed or opened but with no effect (like openduration=0)

Expected Results:
open/close effects
