1. Compile attached mxml file.

Actual Results:
Warning: Type 'Foo' in CSS selector 'Foo' must be qualified with a namespace.

Expected Results:
Warning: The CSS type selector 'Foo' was not processed, because the type was not used in the application.
Warning: Type 'Foo' in CSS selector 'Foo' must be qualified with a namespace.
