Found in 4.0.0.12927

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file with sample Arcade theme (\samples\themes\arcade\arcade.swc)
2. Weep.

Actual Results:
Gradient is only semi-applied.

Expected Results:
Should look better.
