Found in 4.0.0.12927

Steps to reproduce:
1. COmpile and run attached MXML file with sample Arcade theme: \samples\themes\arcade\arcade.swc

Actual Results:
ProgressBar jumps instead of animating smoothly.

Expected Results:
Better looping animation.
